In 2004 Barr & Standley underwent a complete brand repositioning. Whilst after 36 years our business ran perfectly in terms of management and sales, we felt that our brand needed to match and catch the enthusiasm and professionalism of our people. We adopted a new corporate logo and a positioning statement, or slogan, 'Built on Strength, Sold on Service' which we feel is an honest representation of our company. We created a Barr & Standley Jingle, a radio and television campaign and new press sales formats and press campaigns. Internally and externally we re-badged our premises, our people, our corporate livery and our on-site material. In effect we bought our advertising and marketing up to the same level as our people.

What this means for clients is that you not only have the comfort of dealing with one of the state's leading real estate companies, you also 'know' that brand awareness and acceptance of our business is absolutely second to none.
