About Lees Standley
Nothing excites me more than watching my hometown move and grow with the times, and having been born and raised in Bunbury, I have been here through the good and the bad. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2007, I am confident I can help any client to achieve their individual real estate goals.
I am a person who is always on the go and enjoy an array of extreme sports whilst away from my real estate profession, including motocross and wakeboarding, often accompanied by a member of my large family, or my wife of 8 years and our 3 children.
I appreciate every real estate opportunity I may be lucky enough to receive and I look forward to working with all my past and future clients in the years ahead.

“In February 2009 we purchased our first investment property through Lees Standley from Barr and Standley Real Estate in Bunbury. We had seen a few properties in the Greater Bunbury area with B and S signs and we used the REIWA website to make contact. Lees called us as a result of the web enquiry and found about 10 properties in our price range. We arranged to meet him and view the properties. This had to be completed in a limited time frame as we had travelled from Perth. After viewing them all, we made an offer on one of the properties.
The whole process was smooth, Lees was always very professional and went the extra mile to ensure that everything happened on time. We met up again for the pre-settlement inspection and were again very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.
In November 2011 we decided to purchase another investment property. With the knowledge that our previous purchase was doing very well in the rental market we made direct contact with Lees. Once again we travelled from Perth, visited several properties as pre-arranged by Lees and made an offer on one of these properties.
The whole process was again completed using email and Lees was constantly communicating with us to ensure the sale went through on time. At our pre-settlement meeting we discovered a few problems with the reticulation. Lees was willing to purchase and repair the sprinklers on our behalf – again going that extra mile.
